How It Works

Talk. Everything after that happens on its own.

01. Record

Tap once, from your phone or a connected wearable. Audio is captured in short chunks as you talk, not saved up until the end. If it goes quiet for a while, Scrybert notices and closes out the conversation on its own. No stopping to hit record between conversations, and no need to tell it when one ends.

02. Transcribe

Audio is captured and transcribed in 30-second chunks while you talk. By the time you stop, most of the conversation is already text. Each audio chunk is deleted after transcription; it isn't kept around waiting to be processed later.

03. Summarize

Once a conversation wraps, it's read and turned into a clean write-up: categories, the details that actually matter, and the action items sitting under it. Say "to-do" out loud and that item lands straight on your To Do list. Anything else worth remembering, a birthday, a decision that actually got made, gets caught too and kept as a Pivotal Moment, on your device only.

04. Act on it

From here it's yours. Push an action item to Todoist, Google Calendar, Linear, Notion, or TickTick. Add a note or a photo afterward if something needs correcting. Ask your own AI tools to read your conversations directly through the developer API. Or just leave it on the list and check it off when it's done.

Read it your way

The same conversation can come out as a grocery list, a set of lecture notes, meeting minutes, or something sillier. See Summarizers for what's built in and how to write your own.

What happens to the recording

Audio never sits around. The full data picture, what's kept, for how long, and why, is on the Scrybert Promise page.
